Ariana Mullins has lived quite an adventurous life. For part of her childhood she grew up overseas. Her love of travel and foreign lands has continued with her family today. Her little family has lived in Germany, England and Spain for the past 5 years and eaten a completely grain free diet throughout that time. She is the author of And Here We Are at the Dinner Table a cookbook chock full of her family’s grain free recipes. Her philosophy is to fill your diet with simple meals that are traditionally grain free. This means turning to different cuisines such as Mediterranean, Asian and Middle Eastern.
