Paleo Vegetable Dip Recipes

These Paleo vegetable dip recipes are super easy to make. In fact, I’m sure that you have all of the ingredients in your fridge right now. This is a great way to encourage your kids (and yourself) to snack on raw veggies. I like to chop a platter of assorted vegetables like sweet potatoes, carrots, celery, broccoli and more. These two Paleo vegetable dip recipes will win over the kids or kids at heart in your house any day. It’s the way I’ve gotten the family to eat more veggies easily! For the mayonnaise in these recipes make sure you are using a quality product. I would recommend either making it yourself or looking at Mark Sisson’s mayo

Curry Paleo Vegetable Dip Recipe

This vegetable dip is a favorite with the kids. It keeps well in the fridge for about a week in a well sealed container.

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1tsp curry powder

Mix all ingredients together and chill, pull out and serve with a vegetable tray. (This dip is especially tasty with raw sweet potatoes!)

Ranch Paleo Vegetable Dip Recipe

This vegetable dip recipe is my personal favorite. It’s a tried and true recipe that is low on the dairy and full on the fat. Make sure that you use a high quality mayonnaise, or better yet make it yourself.

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Mix all ingredients together and chill, pull out and serve with a vegetable tray.
