Who would have thought cabbage chips could be so delicious? I’ve dehydrated lettuce and tried kale chips and these seem to be like the best option for a garden dehydrated snack in the winter months. These are wonderful to take on camping trips, throw into your kids lunch box and as an afternoon snack. Making them takes next to no time which is perfect for those with a busy schedule like mine! A recipe that only requires 3 ingredients is my type of snack food recipe!
- 1 head of cabbage, red or green (savoy works well)
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
