3 Paleo Spice Mix Recipes

A great way to change up your skillets, crock pot dinners or soups is adding in your own Paleo spice mix. During the week it is so much easier to add in one of these into my dinner than to measure out small amounts of individual spices. For these recipes to taste the best you will want to use the highest quality organic ingredients. If you aren’t sure about where to buy the highest quality spices that are organic and fresh. You can go to Primal Palate to find amazing Paleo spice mixes that are organic, fresh and ready to go.

You could cook the same meats and vegetables all week in your skillet, and just by changing up the spices you could have a totally different tasting meal each night.  The Paleo spice mix will make it easy to just shake some flavor on to the food to make it different.  You could also use the spices to change up your dips, soups and crock pot. I highly recommend that you make or buy some Paleo premixed spice mixes to make meal making fast and easy.

I love to eat this one on any breakfast skillet. It’s especially yummy with beet greens and ground pork!

  • 4 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tsp thyme
  • 6 tsp ground sage
  • 1 tsp ground pepper

Mix all the spices together and put into a spice jar.  Sprinkle onto any meat or skillet to taste.  If you like it hot add crushed red pepper to the mix, I’m sure that it would taste amazing!
