The growing seedlings are proof that the gardening season is well on its way, how very exciting! This week we have received many inquiries about average frost dates. The garden is looking beautiful after a few days of sunshine and warmth. The plants are so vigorous that I have started thinning and transplanting the Swiss chard, garlic shoots beets, and lettuce plus harvested a batch of micro-greens-mix for breakfast, yum!
