Steph Gaudreau, the creator of Stupid Easy Paleo has so many different interests that fuel her array of offerings. Her mission is to teach people how to eat healthier and integrate movement into their lifestyle. She coaches weightlifting, writes books, takes beautiful food photographs and writes stupid easy Paleo recipes.

Steph Gaudreau’s journey to health wasn’t an easy one. Low energy, terrible sugar cravings, mood swings and bloating were a part of normal life. She tried many different diets to overcome these difficulties without success. In January 2010 she took the plunge into the Paleo lifestyle and hasn’t looked back since. In fact, she has become a leading Paleo expert!

The website, Stupid Easy Paleo grew from her personal blog that updated her friends and family on what she was eating nowadays. With her extensive training and work schedules everything had to be simple and delicious. As time went on her blog organically grew to reach thousands of people with incredibly easy recipes.

This year she is hosting the first ever Women’s Strength Summit, beginning on March 1st. Join Steph and lots of other strong women who share their experience of what it means to be a strong woman in 2016. There are so many other exciting things going on in her life, such as beekeeping, future writing projects and her views on the “low carb” myth of the Paleo lifestyle. You won’t want to miss out on any of this, listen to our two part interview below to discover more about Steph’s work!
